Job summary

All Care Therapies is hiring a Remote Occupational Therapist to deliver teletherapy services to a diverse caseload of patients across settings. You will assess needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver interventions to promote improved independence and functional abilities.

Responsibilities include caregiver education, documentation, and HIPAA-compliant records, with preference for pediatric experience and an active California OT license.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CAState Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform.
• Should be comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs via telehealth.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessments.
• Provide remote occupational therapy interventions and activities.
• Educate patients and caregivers to enhance independence and well-being.
• Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and plans.
• Adhere to HIPAA and ethical/legal standards.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and learning.
