Job summary

All Care Therapies is hiring a Remote Occupational Therapist to deliver telehealth OT services to a diverse caseload across the United States. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver interventions to improve function and independence.

This role requires a Master’s in Occupational Therapy and active California licensure (or ability to apply). Teletherapy experience, pediatric comfort, and HIPAA-compliant documentation are essential; California licensure reimbursement is

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• Active CA State OT license or ability to apply.
• Experience in clinic, school, or teletherapy settings.
• Proficient with telehealth platforms and HIPAA compliance.
• Comfort working with pediatric populations.
• Feeding/hand therapy experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional needs remotely.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver remote occupational therapy interventions to improve independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance daily living.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.
• Utilize telehealth tools effectively and stay current with best practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
