Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a remote Occupational Therapist to deliver teletherapy services to pediatric clients across the United States. The role focuses on assessments, treatment planning, and interventions to promote functional independence.

You will educate families, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure HIPAA compliance using our telehealth platform. California licensure is preferred; licensure reimbursement is provided after 145 hours of work.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• Active California OT license or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting.
• Teletherapy proficiency using our platform.
• Comfort with pediatric clients (18 months+).
• Feeding/Hand Therapy experience preferred.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to identify needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide remote occupational therapy services and therapeutic interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to improve independence.
• Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and plans.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and other regulatory standards.
• Utilize telehealth tools effectively and stay current with best practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
