Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to provide teletherapy services to a diverse caseload of patients statewide. You will assess, plan, and implement occupational therapy interventions to promote independence and functional outcomes.

The role requires a Master's in Occupational Therapy and an active CA license or eligibility, with comfort delivering services via telehealth for pediatric populations. Prior clinic or school experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform.
• Should be comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assessments: conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Treatment Planning: develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Intervention: provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth to help patients improve function.
• Education: educate patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance independence.
• Documentation: maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Compliance: adhere to HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
• Technology: use telehealth platforms effectively for sessions.
• Continuing Education: stay current with developments in occupational therapy.
