Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to provide telehealth OT services across our diverse caseload. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver interventions to promote independence, while educating caregivers and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and an active CA license (or ability to apply). Experience in pediatrics is preferred, with teletherapy proficiency and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform.
• Comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+), feeding/hand therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessments.
• Provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth and deliver therapeutic interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to improve independence and well-being.
• Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Adhere to ethical/legal standards and HIPAA compliance.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote therapy sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with OT practices.
