TrueBlue, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist II for a remote role reporting to the Payroll Manager. You will process end-to-end payroll across 50 states, Canada, and Puerto Rico in multiple systems, handling daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cycles from a remote location.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across departments to resolve payroll issues and ensure compliance with federal and state laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; CPP preferred.
• 3+ years of multi-state payroll administration experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process full cycle payroll for multi-state (US, Canada, Puerto Rico).
• Review and correct payroll records after personnel changes.
• Handle garnishments, accruals, and tax setups across states/provinces.
