Connections Health Solutions is a national behavioral health crisis care provider seeking an experienced Accountant, Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll processing remotely. You will handle bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt staff across multiple states, maintain 401k records, and ensure accurate tax reporting.

You will collaborate with HR and finance, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and supporting year-end processes.

Formación

• 2-3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience running payroll in a multi-state environment.
• Strong background in payroll tax compliance, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Must pass background checks and vaccination requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Process bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees using Ceridian/Dayforce.
• Ensure hours are submitted and approved, resolve discrepancies with managers.
• Update 401k deferrals, employer match, and 401k loans in payroll system.
• Process year-end reporting for W2 and 401K census.
• Support accounts payable and payroll-related inquiries.
