Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience running payroll in a multi-state environment.
• Strong background in payroll tax compliance, reconciliation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll using Ceridian/Dayforce for exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Ensure timely submission of employee hours and resolve discrepancies with managers.
• Update 401k deferrals, matches, and loans in payroll system; process 401k census data.
• Set up garnishments and tax levies; handle year-end W2 and 401K reporting.
