Connections Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Accountant, Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll processing and related accounting tasks. You will process bi-weekly payroll, update 401k deferrals, and ensure timely 401k submissions across multiple states using Ceridian/Dayforce.

You will also support accounts payable, perform balance-sheet reconciliations, and assist audits while maintaining strict confidentiality of payroll and financial data.

Qualificações

• Requires 2-3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience running payroll in a multi-state environment is preferred.
• Strong background in payroll tax compliance, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Process payroll using Ceridian/Dayforce for exempt and non-exempt employees on a bi-weekly basis.
• Update employee records related to 401k deferrals, employer match, and 401k loans.
• Verify and process 401k payroll data for timely submissions.
• Set up garnishments and tax levies; process off-cycle payrolls as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax laws.
• Generate payroll analytics prior to payroll funding and assist audits.
• Collaborate with HR, FP&A, and external partners to optimize payroll configurations.
• Create and maintain payroll SOPs and assist with quarter/year-end audits.
• Serve as main contact for payroll-related questions and operating expenses.
