Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is hiring a Payroll Accountant to manage bi-weekly payroll via Ceridian/Dayforce for exempt and non-exempt staff in a fully remote capacity across multiple states. You will update 401k deferrals, employer match, and 401k loans while ensuring payroll tax compliance and accurate reporting.

You will partner with HR and FP&A to optimize payroll configurations, assist audits, and help maintain standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2–3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with Ceridian/Dayforce.
• Multi-state payroll experience.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• CPP certification preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and AP reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit payroll bi-weekly in Ceridian/Dayforce.
• Manage 401k deferrals, employer match, and 401k loans.
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax laws.
• Assist with quarterly and year-end audits.
• Maintain payroll procedures and SOPs.
