Qualifications

• Previous experience in payroll, finance administration, or HR administration.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly payroll processing.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records including starters and leavers.
• Process timesheets, overtime, holidays, sickness, and payroll adjustments.
• Support wage calculations, deductions, NI, and pension contributions.
• Respond to payroll queries professionally and promptly.
• Liaise with HR and management regarding payroll information.
• Ensure payroll data is accurate and deadlines are met.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Assist with payroll reports, audits, and admin tasks.
• Stay up to date with payroll procedures and employment legislation.
