Biocide Systems is hiring a reliable Part-Time Payroll Assistant to support monthly payroll processing, maintain records, and respond to payroll queries. The role emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy, and teamwork with HR and management.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll, finance administration, or HR administration.
• Strong attention to numerical accuracy and detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly payroll processing and data entry.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records (starters, leavers, changes).
• Process timesheets, overtime, holidays, sickness, and adjustments.
• Support wage deductions, tax, NI, and pension calculations.
• Respond to payroll queries professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with HR/management on payroll information.
• Ensure data accuracy and deadlines for payroll processing.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Assist with payroll reports, audits, and admin tasks.
• Stay up-to-date with payroll procedures and employment law.
