Connections Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Accountant, Payroll to manage biweekly payroll processing for a multi-state workforce. You will handle tax reporting, deductions, garnishments, and related records while ensuring accuracy and compliance across all states.

You will partner with HR, FP&A, and external vendors to optimize payroll configurations, support audits, and maintain procedures. A Bachelor’s in Accounting and 2–3 years of payroll experience are preferred;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of payroll processing experience in a multi-state environment.
• Strong payroll tax compliance, reconciliation and reporting knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Process accurate payroll using Ceridian/Dayforce on a bi-weekly basis.
• Maintain records, tax reports, and deductions; handle garnishments and levies.
• Support Accounts Payable and balance sheet reconciliations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local payroll laws and audits.
