Connections Health Solutions is a leading behavioral health crisis care provider seeking an Accountant, Payroll to manage timely payroll processing and related records. The role includes tax reporting, deductions, and supporting Accounts Payable as needed.

Strong communication and attention to detail are essential. Primarily remote across multiple states (AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MT, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI) with standard

Competenze

• 2-3 years of payroll processing experience
• Experience running payroll in a multi-state environment
• Strong background in payroll tax compliance, reconciliation, and reporting
• Familiarity with garnishments, levies, liens, support orders, and subpoenas
• Excel proficiency and analytical reporting
• Ability to work independently with strong communication skills
• Company has mandatory vaccination policy and background checks may be required

Mansioni

• Process bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees using Ceridian/Dayforce
• Ensure hours submitted by managers are accurate and approved timely
• Update 401k deferrals, employer match, and 401k loans; verify 401k data
• Set up garnishment and tax levy calculations; complete required paperwork
• Process off-cycle payrolls as needed; year-end W-2 and 401K census reporting
• Maintain payroll procedures and assist with AP as needed
• Assist with quarterly and year-end audits related to payroll and accounting
