Job summary

Xplor Technologies is hiring an Account Executive for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This role focuses on selling payment processing solutions to local businesses, with a 100% commission-based compensation and residuals for long-term income.

You will educate owners, close deals, and work with full support and training from a flexible, remote setup. Successful candidates have B2B sales experience, a hunter mindset, and the ability to source leads independently while aligning with our core

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
Work independently with full support and training.
