Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is expanding and seeking a self-driven Account Executive to sell payment processing solutions in a largely remote role across the US. You will educate business owners, close deals, and accelerate earnings with activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-sourcing leads via prospecting, cold-calling, networking; hunter mentality.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
