Job summary

Xplor Technologies is looking for a driven Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payments space. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earnings, residual income, and flexible, remote work.

You'll visit local businesses, close deals, and educate owners on cost savings. Candidates should have 2+ years of B2B outside sales, strong consultative selling, a valid driver's license, and the ability to self-source leads.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
