Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive payment processing solutions with a commission-based, residual model. This remote role allows you to control your time and income while using your B2B sales experience to close deals across the US.

Expected to educate owners on value, source leads, and work with support and training. Top performers earn six-figure incomes with weekly bonuses and long-term incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and residuals.
