Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is hiring a results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is 100% commission-based with residual income, designed for those who want control over their time and earnings and the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.

You will visit local businesses, educate owners on cost savings and streamlined transactions, and close deals with activation bonuses and ongoing commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills translating technical concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-sourcing leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
