Job summary

Xplor Technologies is hiring an Account Executive for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income and full training, designed for self-starters who want control over their time and earnings.

You will educate business owners on cost savings, close deals, and earn monthly commissions plus activation bonuses. Remote work is available within the United States, with the support of a national field team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
