Job summary

Xplor Technologies is hiring for a fully remote Xplor Pay Direct Sales role in the United States. You will sell payment processing solutions to local businesses, educate owners on savings, and close deals for activation bonuses and ongoing residuals.

This is a commission-based role with flexible scheduling and mentorship. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B outside sales, merchant services experience, and a hunter mentality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
