Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers flexibility, activation bonuses, and long-term residuals. You will educate business owners on payment solutions, close deals, and manage a remote, autonomous schedule.

The role emphasizes independent work with training, uncapped commissions, and the potential to earn $100K+ annually. Candidates should have B2B sales experience and a hunter mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
