Xplor Technologies is seeking an Account Executive for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals. Remote work is possible within the United States, with full training and ongoing support.

You will educate business owners on payment processing, close deals, and build a portfolio across our merchant services solutions. The role rewards self-motivation, clear communication, and a hunter mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-sourcing leads through prospecting, cold-calling and networking.

Responsabilités

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
