Xplor Technologies powers the experiences at the heart of everyday life. The Account Executive role within the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team offers 100% commission-based earnings with residual income and flexible scheduling.

You will engage local businesses to provide payment processing solutions and drive revenue across a remote-ready field sales model. Expect activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals, plus training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
