Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role offering unlimited earning potential and full training.

You will visit local businesses, close deals, and build a portfolio while enjoying a flexible schedule and the ability to work fully remote within the United States. Health benefits and a 401K plan are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience.
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on cost savings and streamlined transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
