Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payments solutions industry. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income and full training, with the freedom to control your time and income.

Location: remote in the United States with eligibility to work rights. You can expect activation bonuses, weekly pay for bonuses, monthly residuals, and a supportive team focused on growth and competition.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a plus.
Strong consultative selling skills to translate payment concepts into clear business value.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
Work independently with full support and training.
