• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make decisions

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, vendors, and visitors to our wellness center
• Answer patient questions and provide assistance as needed
• Answer the telephone and direct calls; respond to voicemails promptly
• Use medical office software to schedule appointments
• Register new patients and update records
• Distribute forms and ensure required fields are completed
• Maintain spreadsheets and confidentiality of patient records
• Maintain a quiet, welcoming waiting room environment
• Uphold a friendly, compassionate demeanor toward visitors
