Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus CPR certification.
• 1 year of medical office experience preferred and knowledge of insurance basics is helpful.
• Proficient with basic PC skills including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and discharge patients with high levels of customer service.
• Collect and input patient demographics and insurance information at registration.
• Verify and update patient insurance details and explain co-pays and deductibles.
• Coordinate medical records requests and maintain clinic communication with staff.
• Support back-office tasks and cross-train as needed within scope of practice.
