Responsibilities

• Greet patients, vendors, and visitors to the wellness center.
• Answer questions and provide assistance as needed.
• Answer the phone, redirect calls, and respond to voicemails promptly.
• Use medical office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments.
• Register new patients and update records as required.
• Distribute and check forms to ensure required fields are completed.
• Maintain spreadsheets and confidentiality of patient records.
• Keep the waiting area quiet, calm, and welcoming.
• Uphold the center's positive reputation by being friendly and supportive.
