Job summary

Proliance Surgeons is seeking a Patient Services Representative to serve as the face of the practice. You will greet patients, assist with scheduling and triage, verify insurance, and ensure smooth patient flow within Edmonds Orthopedic Center.

Location: Edmonds, WA. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. We value exceptional customer service and professional, patient-focused communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in medical/public-facing environment a plus.
• Excellent communication and patient-focused attitude required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients, vendors and visitors.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage check-in/check-out.
• Verify insurance and eligibility, collect co-pays and balances.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality per HIPAA.
