Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, vendors, and visitors and provide exemplary service.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage check-ins per policies.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect payments as needed.
• Enter patient and financial data accurately in the practice management system.
• Coordinate with clinical team and physicians to optimize patient flow.
