Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of public contact experience, preferably in a medical office.
• Minimum 1-year front office or reception experience, medical preferred.
• Practice Management experience (desired).

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service, both in person and on the phone.
• Greet and direct patients, vendors, and visitors.
• Schedules patient appointments and verifies insurance/referral; ensures forms are up to date.
• Answers multiline phone system, screens calls, and schedules appointments per policy.
• Enter patient and financial information into the practice management system accurately.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely check-in.
