Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some undergraduate education preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience; call center experience preferred.
• Proficient PC skills, including basic Microsoft Excel.
• Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Polish speakers preferred.
• US work authorization.

Responsabilités

• Schedule patient appointments via inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide courteous, professional service to patients.
• Enter patient data and appointment details accurately.
• Communicate appointment details and instructions clearly.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth scheduling.
• Follow up to confirm appointments and send reminders.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with patients.
