Responsibilities

• Schedules appointments by phone following medical practice scheduling protocols.
• Maintains scheduling system and master schedule updates.
• Obtains referrals, authorizations, and demographic information; verifies insurance information.
• Communicates with supervisor about patient concerns/issues related to scheduling and system problems.
