Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate registration and scheduling for new patient appointments.
• Document patient demographic, medical, financial, and referral information in systems.
• Answer calls, triage, and take accurate messages with professional service.
• Provide basic information and instructions to patients regarding care.
• Ensure medical records are available to health care providers.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy in line with HIPAA.
