Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience in a medical office or health care setting is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.

• Documents patient demographics, medical, financial, and referral information in systems.
• Answers calls, triages, and communicates messages professionally.
• Provides basic information to patients regarding the practice and hospitals.
