Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate education preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience; call center experience preferred.
• Flexible and positive attitude with friendly patient-centered approach.
• Experience with EMR documentation preferred.
• Proficient PC skills including basic Excel; able to navigate systems.
• US work authorization required; Spanish/other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Provide courteous and professional service to patients and address inquiries.
• Enter patient information and appointment details into scheduling system.
• Communicate appointment details and instructions clearly to patients.
• Address scheduling conflicts and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with medical staff and departments to ensure smooth scheduling operations.
• Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments and provide reminders.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
• Other duties or special projects as assigned.
