Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some undergraduate education preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience; call center experience preferred.
• Bilingual abilities such as Spanish are preferred.
• US work authorization is required to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Provide courteous, professional service and address patient inquiries and concerns.
• Accurately enter patient data and appointment details into the scheduling system.
• Communicate appointment details and instructions clearly to patients.
• Address and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth scheduling operations.
• Perform follow-up calls to confirm appointments and send reminders.
• Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions and transactions.
• Undertake other duties or special projects as assigned.
