Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hospital/professional billing or collection experience with customer service and call center experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, resolve and respond to customer inquiries and issues.
• Explain payor contracts and hospital billing/collections policies.
• Research and follow up on accounts to ensure payment and resolution.
• Negotiate and document payment plans within established policies.
• Maintain accurate notes and data in department systems.
