• Provides patient relations support to Patient Financial Services.
• Identifies, analyzes, resolves and responds to customer inquiries and issues.
• Ensures timely and accurate account resolution and payment collection.
• Negotiates and documents payment plans within established policies.
• Maintains knowledge of Cedars-Sinai’s billing systems and department procedures.
