Signature Performance, Inc. in the United States seeks a Patient Financial Services Supervisor to lead revenue cycle operations, mentor staff, and drive improvements across billing, denials, and cash posting. This role requires strong analytical, leadership, and payer knowledge within a multi-hospital environment.

Travel is anticipated, and the successful candidate will ensure consistency with policies and timelines while fostering a patient-centered financial experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience preferred.
• 4+ years hospital Patient Financial Services or revenue cycle experience.
• 1-2+ years of team lead or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of HB and PB patient accounts and payer processes.
• Ability to manage workflow, productivity, quality, and staffing.

Mansioni

• Lead daily PFS operations for billing, follow‑up, denials, self‑pay, and cash posting.
• Monitor queues, aging, and service levels; align staffing to workload.
• Oversee insurance follow‑up across Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers.
• Oversee patient balance workflows and financial assistance programs.
• Coach and develop PFS associates; conduct regular performance huddles.
