Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Patient Financial Services Supervisor to lead daily revenue cycle operations across billing, insurance follow‑up, denials, and self‑pay. You will manage work queues and staffing to meet service levels and drive improvements in cash flow.

You will oversee payer performance with large, multi‑payer populations and mentor PFS associates to enhance accuracy and efficiency. This remote role requires strong leadership and healthcare revenue cycle expertise.

Qualifications

• Over 4 years in hospital Patient Financial Services or revenue cycle roles.
• Experience supervising teams and driving performance.
• Strong understanding of billing, AR, denials, and self-pay processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and aggressive timelines.
• Proven ability to improve cash collections and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily PFS operations for billing, insurance follow-up, denials, and self-pay.
• Monitor queues, aging, and service levels; allocate staffing by volume and complexity.
• Ensure adherence to workflows, SOPs, payer requirements, and financial policies.
• Identify systemic issues affecting reimbursement and drive resolution.
• Coach and develop PFS staff; conduct regular performance huddles.
