Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Patient Financial Services Supervisor to lead daily revenue cycle operations across billing, follow-up, denials, and cash posting.

You will mentor team members, monitor performance metrics, and drive improvements in cash collections and patient experience. The role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced environment, ability to manage multiple projects, and a proactive approach to process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of hospital PFS or revenue cycle experience including billing, AR, denials, collections, self-pay, cash posting.
• 1–2+ years of team lead or supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of HB and/or PB patient accounts, Medicare/Medicaid and payer processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily PFS operations for billing, insurance follow-up, denials and appeals, self-pay, cash posting, and final account resolution.
• Manage work queues, AR inventories, aging, unresolved accounts, unapplied cash and backlogs; align work to volume and staffing.
• Monitor staffing capacity, workload, service levels, and rebalance resources to maintain performance.
• Ensure standardized workflows, SOPs, payer requirements, and account documentation standards.
• Identify operational barriers and drive resolution to improve reimbursement and patient experience.
