Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. seeks a Patient Financial Services Supervisor to lead and optimize hospital and patient billing operations in a remote, nationwide role. You will oversee AR, denials, cash posting, and payer communications while mentoring a high-performing team.

You will drive process improvements, monitor performance metrics, and align resources to maintain cash collections, minimize aging, and ensure accurate account resolution across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in hospital Patient Financial Services or revenue cycle roles including billing, AR, denials, collections, self-pay, or cash posting.
• 1–2+ years of team supervision/leadership experience.
• Knowledge of HB/PB patient account lifecycle and payer processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily PFS operations for billing, insurance follow-up, denials, self-pay, cash posting, and final account resolution.
• Manage work queues, aging, backlogs, and staffing capacity to meet service levels.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in cash collections and productivity.
• Provide coaching, onboarding, and ongoing development of PFS staff.
