Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Patient Financial Services Supervisor to lead daily revenue cycle operations across billing, insurance follow-up, denials, and payment posting.

The role emphasizes mentoring teams, monitoring KPIs, and driving improvements in cash collections and account resolution. You will oversee HB/PB processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement standardized workflows while maintaining patient-centered financial services across multiple hospital

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressively responsible hospital Patient Financial Services or revenue cycle experience.
• 1--2+ years of demonstrated team lead, supervisory, or people leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of Hospital Billing (HB) and/or Professional Billing (PB) and payer processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily PFS operations for billing, insurance follow-up, denials and appeals, self-pay, cash posting, payment reconciliation, and final account resolution.
• Manage work queues, AR inventories, aging, unresolved accounts, unapplied cash, credit balances, and other backlogs; align work to volume, complexity, service levels, and staffing capacity.
• Monitor staffing capacity, workload, volumes, and service levels; rebalance resources to maintain performance.
• Ensure timely, accurate execution of workflows, SOPs, payer requirements, financial policies, and account documentation standards.
• Identify operational barriers and drive resolution; address payer trends with stakeholders.
