Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Patient Financial Services Supervisor to lead daily revenue cycle operations across HB and PB functions.

You will mentor teams, monitor metrics, and drive improvements in cash collections, AR aging, and patient experience in a national remote role. Responsibilities include overseeing billing, insurance follow‑up, denials, payments, and reconciliation, while ensuring SOPs and payer requirements are met.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of hospital Patient Financial Services or revenue cycle experience.
• 1–2+ years of team lead/supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of Hospital Billing (HB) and/or Professional Billing (PB) and payer processes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Lead daily PFS operations for billing, insurance follow‑up, denials, self‑pay, cash posting and reconciliation.
• Manage work queues, AR aging and backlogs, aligning work to volume and staffing.
• Monitor staffing capacity and service levels; rebalance resources as needed.
• Ensure standardized workflows, SOPs and payer requirements are followed.
• Identify barriers affecting reimbursement and drive improvements.
