Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Patient Financial Services Supervisor to lead the hospital revenue cycle operations across billing, follow-up, denials, and cash posting in a remote, nationwide role.

You will mentor teams, manage workloads, and monitor performance metrics to improve cash collections and account resolution. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in hospital PFS/revenue cycle and 1–2+ years of supervision, with strong analytical and communication skills and a solid understanding

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hospital Patient Financial Services or revenue cycle experience.
• 1–2+ years of team lead, supervisory, or people leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of Hospital Billing and Medicare/Medicaid payer processes.
• Ability to manage workflow, productivity, and service levels for multiple hospitals.
• Preference for CRCR/HFMA credentials or related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily PFS operations including billing, insurance follow-up, denials, and cash posting.
• Manage queues, aging, and backlogs; align work with volume and staffing.
• Monitor staffing, workload, and service levels; rebalance resources as needed.
• Ensure standardized workflows and payer requirements are followed.
• Identify barriers and drive escalation resolution with stakeholders.
