Signature Performance, Inc. seeks a Patient Financial Experience Representative for a remote-based role, nationwide eligibility. You will handle patient communications, resolve billing questions, process payments, and identify financial assistance options.

You will work with hospital partners, ensure HIPAA compliance, document interactions, and strive for first-contact resolution while maintaining compassionate service. Must have 1–2 years in healthcare revenue cycle and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in healthcare revenue cycle or patient financial services.
• Strong customer service and empathetic communication.
• Ability to research accounts and document interactions accurately.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and consumer financial communications.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound patient and guarantor calls.
• Explain balances, insurance payments, and next steps clearly.
• Collect payments, set up approved payment arrangements.
• Identify eligibility for financial assistance or charity care.
• Research accounts in EHR, payer, CRM; document interactions.
• Escalate billing issues to appropriate teams.
