Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound patient and guarantor calls regarding statements and balances.
• Explain account balances, insurance payments, and next steps in patient-friendly language.
• Collect and process payments and offer approved payment arrangements.
• Identify eligibility for financial assistance or charity care and assist patients accordingly.
• Document interactions accurately in hospital systems and follow up as needed.
