Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Patient Financial Experience Representative to handle inbound and outbound patient communications, resolve billing and insurance inquiries, and facilitate payments and payment arrangements in a remote, nationwide setting.

You will document interactions in hospital systems, identify eligibility for financial assistance, and deliver an empathetic, compliant patient experience while balancing accuracy and productivity.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years in healthcare revenue cycle, hospital patient financial services, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with empathetic communication and problem-solving.
• Ability to research patient accounts, navigate multiple systems, and handle sensitive financial conversations.

• Manage inbound and outbound patient and guarantor calls regarding statements, insurance processing, patient balances, self-pay accounts, payment options, and billing concerns.
• Explain account balances, insurance payments, patient responsibility, and next steps in clear, respectful language.
• Process patient payments, offer approved payment arrangements, and follow self-pay collection practices and privacy requirements.
• Identify eligibility for financial assistance or charity care and refer patients per policies.
• Document interactions and follow-up accurately in hospital systems.
